Love those little penguin cats!
Since I don't know Edgar's personality, I can only guess at his mood here. Is it any of the following? 1.Bored 2.Groggy 3.Mellow 4.Put down the stupid camera and pet me.

It's mellow! It was very hot that day which causes the outdoor cats to mellow out. But he's a pretty laid back kitty anyway!
