Potential

We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched. Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives... not looking for flaws, but for potential.

  1. What a wonderful thought to start the new year with. I noticed you had posted my painting "Spring Equinox" on your blog on 3/20/08. Just started a blog myself and wanted to invite you to view it. Happy New Year! You have a very inspiring blog.

Hi, again, Jan. Well, I think it's because blogging is part of what keeps me sane! :-)

I really like this too, since I continue a habitual tendency of self-criticism...I am trying to stop myself as soon as I start with that bull shit and tell myself, instead, what I have been doing RIGHT!
