I think this quote from Pema Chödrön is so true; "We find that we're very threatened by nothing happening"
Nowadays as we have so many distractions and the pace of life is getting ever faster, I am grateful I have discovered my "time-out" space to feel grounded again. "Nothing happening" has never been more important for me!
