Impermanence and harmony

I really do like the following by the great meditation teacher, Pema Chödrön:
"Impermanence is a principle of harmony. When we don't struggle against it, we are in harmony with reality." 
How very true.

  1. Thank you for this one, and the wind chimes. Becoming comfortable with the reality of impermanence has been a very big challenge for me. So I appreciate the reminder.

    I really like the pairing of impermanence and harmony. I don't think I'd come across those two together before.
