Constant awareness

Make your meditation a continuous state of mind. A great worship is going on all the time, so nothing should be neglected or excluded from your constant meditative awareness.


  1. when we meditate for getting constant awareness we feel that we are living in some other frame and some times i want to away from it also.I also feels that i am not actually involving socially.why this happens,can u please say me.

  2. Actually, meditation is not about "living in some other frame". It is about being utterly in the moment right where we are. It is about accepting what is - not about escaping.

    Of course that doesn't mean we shouldn't take action where action is appropriate. If you are feeling socially isolated I recommend that you get some help finding out why. A good therapist will be invaluable in this regard. Getting involved in an appropriate support group can also help.
