The moment

Oh, what a critical difference one preposition makes:

There is only the moment. The now. Only what you are experiencing at this second is real. This does not mean you live for the moment. It means you live in the moment.

    Years ago (when I was going through a particularly bad patch), I just happened to see a program on television with Leo Buscaglia teaching. I was riveted. And he truly helped me at that time. He was a wonderful man.
